How does the Smart Reception
Desk work?
The Aavgo Smart Reception works with most of the PMS systems, locks, and can
operate everything that a front desk agent can do.
- Guests can use the Smart Reception for walk-in, check-in, and check-out
- Guests can pay with swipe, EMV chip, google pay, apple pay, and tap
- Guests can pay cash
- Guests can scan QR code to dispense keys from the dispenser
- Guests can get answers to any questions they may have about the Hotel and its surroundings.
- Guests can text, chat, or call from the room to talk to a live person
