Loving the AavGo product for our property. This software has been very beneficial with our hotel staff communication and for our guests to request items or even simply communicate with the front desk about anything that they need while staying at our property.
The management and tech teams are genuinely responsive to our hotel-specific requests. Guests enjoy the value-added ability of ordering refreshments, towels, and other items from the convenience of their room.

AavGo was implemented at our hotel and has been very successful. It allows for open communication among staff and guests. In the era of emails and text messages, guests no longer have to pick up the phone for requests. A few clicks or a quick message immediately sends their requests to the department of choice (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance). Streaming features such as Netflix and Amazon Prime are additional perks.

Nice that it had a tablet that allowed connection and info to front desk, TV guide, amenities, and etc.
Beautiful rooms, very helpful and friendly staff, what more could you want? Free beer, wine and appetizers for two hours in the evening? Okay, they do that too. A tablet in every room to access the staff, amenities, and entertainment? Sure, they've got that too! My only complaint was I was only staying for one night.
excellent service, employees are very polite, rooms are squeaky clean, location is great and you can't beat the managers beer/wine special! also housekeeping knows what they are doing! plus you get a tablet in your room!
Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Nice room set up with much space. Loved the tablet welcoming you to the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.
One of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in. Train was really loud several times at night and early morning. If I stay here again I will have to make sure to have a room facing the freeway instead. Love the ability to request items through text on the tablet.
Found this Inn accidentally but from now on will be my 1st choice for accommodations when in the area. From initial call with Sophia to checking out with Melite a most pleasant experience. Amenities are over the top with complimentary slippers to use of a wi-fi tablet for entertainment. We will return.
Clean & modern rooms. Great location, only 5-10 mins by car to Caltrain, CVS/Starbucks/Chipotle etc just down the road. Local bus stops right in front of the hotel. Friendly staff. Tablet in every room which you can use to message the staff or request items.
